Under this title there will be presentations on freesoftware for infrastructure and ambient administration of ITC as operational systems, databank managing systems, computers network support systems, softwares for monitoring and managing resources.
4 - Free Systems and Aplicatives for Government
Under this item there will be presentations on systems and applicatives developed with freesoftware to support government operations.
Under this item we will have presentations on hardware with open technology and embarked systems with freesoftware.

Under this title there will be presentations over digital and multimidia convergence, focusing opensource technologies and freesoftware.

In this item will be included works on capability building and training for freesoftware and open source, with presentations of cases of success , methodologies employed , tools of support, etc

Under this subject there will be presentations on social development, education and on the digital divide by means of papers on open source and freesoftware projects.

Under this subject we will have presentations on industrial and technological development policies by the use and stimulus to the development of open source and freesoftware tools.
